After completing his business studies, Franz Artenjak entered working life. However, the progressive deterioration of his mental state led to his institutionalization, at the age of twenty-seven, in the psychiatric hospital of Gugging Psychiatric Clinic.
According to Artenjak, all actions are predestined and all phenomena are interconnected. He claimed, for example, that drinking milk could cause a strong atmospheric pressure. He also asserted that he was able to predict the fate of those around him.
Artenjak’s theories originated in a first visionary experience that occurred on January 19, 1961. On that occasion, he declared that he had seen God, whom he described as a white magnetic force, an angel of light.
His drawings reflect the entire cosmological system he developed.
