Umatilla reservation Leo’s homemade doll.” Umatilla is an Indian reservation resulting from the treaty of June 9, 1855 between the United States and members of the Walla, Cayuse and Umatilla Indian tribes. It is located in northeastern Oregon, east of Pendleton.
