We have almost no information about Marcel Drouin who was a goat herder for some time, then spent the rest of his life in a hospice. His nickname “willy” comes from a speech impediment and a tendency to lisp. Very religious, he spent most of his time at the church. His drawings represent mainly architectures or animals, particularly goats. He drew with felt-tip pen and pencil, often using as support envelopes for X-rays.
