ISIDOR

[belgrade, Serbie]

Nothing is known about the past of the man who called himself Isidor. He lived on the streets, in a very upscale neighborhood of the 6th arrondissement, right next to the entrance of the private mansion of Jean-Paul Belmondo. Affable and discreet, he never complained about his situation. His days were devoted to painting, and he displayed his works with simplicity, without any ostentation. He sold his paintings to anyone who wished to buy them, leaving the price to the buyer’s discretion. And then, one day in 2020, he disappeared.
