This set of drawings has been discovered in a small village in Angola and acquired by Charles Ratton. Some hypotheses attribute them to children. They have been made on the verso of medical protocols. On December 10th, 1944, Jean Dubuffet visited the celebrated merchant for a weekend and fell in love with them. He received one for his collection of art brut, about to be born.
